Call disposition is a label applied to call records that describes or
categorize outcome of call. Call dispositions make it easy for
businesses to make important decisions.
After disconnection of calls, call status is to be filled that is call
disposition. Our Aria UCS- Dialer provides facility to create call
disposition as per requirement.
Trunk Line Connectivity
Trunk lines are used for connecting a private branch exchange (PBX) to a telephone
service provider and transmit data in various formats. GSM/CDMA Gateway, ISDN
PRI Line, SIP trunk, FXO, H.323 and various industry based trunk line connectivity
are facilitated by us.
Agent Terminal
An agent is an entity that automates certain tasks. Aria UCS- Predictive Dialer is
fully flexible with Soft phone, IP phone, FXS gateway, any TDM PBX, Mobile and
landline that used a agent terminal.
