(Interactive Voice Response System, Predictive Dialer, Telephone
Headsets for Call Center, Conference Bridge, and GSM Gateway to

can be used for as IVRS, IP PBX, Conference Bridge, Help
Line System, OBD IVR, Telephone Recording System etc.
 Aria Parth is designed that is not only provide the system but
also records the conversation which are done in parallel mode
in Office, Corporate and in any organizations.
 Communication can be done on existing LAN network, no need
to have separate cabling for traditional PBX. Can be integrated
with SMS/ Email , Existing CRM /ERP/ My SQL Database

How it Works?
• Aria Parth only needs internet protocol to transmit the calls in
sequence manner.
• The connectivity related to interconnection and mobile networks
are demandable and needs to work in any mode whether by IP
phones, Normal phones or Mobile Phones.
• Aria Parth 600 is a multi-taking process which assists all these
things in a combination and provides a smooth calling.

 IVRS for inbound call :
Inbound IVR applications are designed to give businesses, and
their customers, a simple, superior and personal inbound call
experience with language option & department transfer.
ACD (Automatic Call Distribution):
 Integrated ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) technology
automatically routes calls to phone agents based upon
organizational rules. Automatic call distribution is much more
comprehensive than other group or department calling.
Telephone Conversation Recording:
Parth 600 can be work as telephone conversion recording system
with some features like:

Multi Party Conference
 Parth 600 has capability to
connect multiple residents in
conference with authentication ID, all
the conference can be recorded also.

 You can also use any smart phone as extension using soft phone
software on mobile.
Third Party CRM/ ERP Integration:
 We have API to integrate with third party CRM/ ERP for click
to dial, phone book etc.
 Parth 600 API can be integrated with any ERP/ CRM of client
for click to dial application.
Digital Communication:
 Parth helps us to share our knowledge with others and also
gains from other individual’s thoughts and ideas.
Communication takes place through various routes and
channels and with the help of this system.
GSM Trunk through Gateway:
 GSM gateway can provide amazing way to help enterprise to have
best phone dealings.
 Aria Parth can be used as GSM gateway that turns an expensive
call from an office land line to a mobile phone into a call from
within the GSM network.
