Problem Identification
Ask "Why?" until you get to the root of
the problem.

Root Cause Analysis
Be able to articulate what you want the
future to look like in plain language so that
people can “see” it.
A future state is
something specific you
are trying to create that
must be accurately
described and widely
communicated.
Analysis of Desired Future State
Action plans must lead to “SMART”
objectives. The key question that must be
asked and answered over and over is “who
will do what by when?”
