o Review all Mechanical drawings (plumbing/Drainage/firefighting and Hvac system)

o Preparation of submittals and follow up with suppliers complying specifications

Job Responsibilities as Utility Engineer :
To look after the Operation and Maintenance of Chill water plant and Sewage Treatment Plant.
Heating, Ventilating & Air-Conditioning (HVAC) System Operation Supervisor will supervise the
Chilled Water Plants and network's day-to-day operations and ensures that supply of required
quantity and quality of chilled water is delivered to Villas, Offices and Hospital in King Khalid
Military City.
Major Responsibilities of Chill Water Plant :-
· Monitors the Chilled Water Plant operations and Service Provider's performance on a day-to-
day basis, which includes major equipments such as Chillers, Pumps, Motors, Air
Handling Units, Cooling Tower cells and Refrigerant Management Systems as well as
associated equipments such as valves in the Chilled Water distribution System, tanks and
chemical dosing systems contained in the Chilled Water Plant Operations.
· Coordinates between maintenance and operations to ensure that Preventive Maintenance
(PM) of equipments in the Chilled Water Plant is performed according to schedule and
standards..
· Inspect mechanical failures and schedule work orders.

3. · Monitoring plant performance and ensure working at full capacity with no shutdowns.
Job Responsibilities at Sewage Treatment Plant :
1. Maintenance of plant equipment such as Pumps ,Blowers, Compressors etc.
2. Planning and monitoring major job like overhauling of equipments its break down and shut
down.
3. Responsible for plant various activity like as condition monitoring of equipments, schedule of
preventive and predictive maintenance to keep all the equipment in safe and healthy condition.
4.Planning and scheduling day to day activities.
5.Spare parts inventory control and planning for indenting of spare parts.
