RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform inspection & Tests as Specified in Quality Control Plan in
Conjunction with Drawings, Codes, and Standards & Client Specification.
· Verify Materials during Fit-up and the respective Material Certificates
Against drawing/specification requirements.
· Maintain Inspection and test status (JOB NO,MCN,FIT-UP DATE,
WPS NO,NDE Status etc…)Through all stages of fabrication.
· Maintain the daily welding and material record sheet.
· Maintain all quality related documents in ERP
· Complete data Dossier and gain approval from the client/Third party
Inspectors.

· Check and record the daily Welding surveillance.
· Monitor if the correct welding consumables & qualified welders /operators
Are being utilized in line with the requirements of WPS/Drawing.
· Liaison with both the client & Third party Inspector for all job related
Inspection and testing.
· Verify that all the Measuring, Inspection and Testing equipment is in
Valid state of calibration prior to use.

 Review/filing of materials test reports and inspection record
 Responsible for implementation of approved procedures and test
plan for special processes
 Preparation of as built drawings
 Issuance of non conformance report based from test results or
violation of a specified requirement
 Check and identify preventive and corrective actions done at site
 Monitor site safety
 Maintaining and filing the drawing for various disciplines such as
Mechanical & Piping.
