To understand algorithm and flowchart, it is better to refer this Slideshare that I have created. I have thoroughly presented the key points that make easy in remembering what algorithm and flowchart is. The slide is really simple and wonderful to use it for a quick reference.
In this presentation, I am explaining about Threads, types of threads, its advantages and disadvantages, difference between Process and Threads, multithreading and its type.

Protein Structure Analysis (University of Cambridge)Bronwyn Barker
Topics:
1) Public repositories of structural data (Protein Data Bank and Electron Microscopy Data Bank)
2) Resources for protein analysis and classification (Pfam, InterPro and HMMER)
3) Retrieving information about the structure and function of your protein sequence using CATH,
4) Principles of modern state-of-the-art protein modelling with Phyre2
5) Methods for predicting the effects of mutations on protein structure and function using the SAAP family of tools
Outcome:
1) Use HMMER, Pfam and InterPro to annotate protein sequences
2) Discover protein and nucleic acid structures related to your area of work and understand how this information could be used to further your own research
3) Scan a protein sequence against CATH and interpret the significance and biological meaning of results
4) Create your own protein models and analyse their features and assess their reliability
5) Use mutation prediction methods and evaluate their performance.
protein structure prediction methods. homology modelling, fold recognition, threading, ab initio methods. in short and easy form slides. after one time read you can easily understand methods for protein structure prediction.

Bioinformatics is a fast-growing field of study that is providing major solutions to global challenges. It has its applications in the fields of medicine, pharmacology, agriculture, evolution, and environmental management. This document discusses one of the key tools in the field of Bioinformatics - the FastA Homology search algorithm. This document is for academic purposes and does not attempt to exhaust the subject. However, if you would like to discuss the subject in more depth, write to me on my email and we will surely have a discussion. Enjoy the read!
A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
How to Make a Field invisible in Odoo 17Celine George
It is possible to hide or invisible some fields in odoo. Commonly using “invisible” attribute in the field definition to invisible the fields. This slide will show how to make a field invisible in odoo 17.

In Odoo, the multi-company feature allows you to manage multiple companies within a single Odoo database instance. Each company can have its own configurations while still sharing common resources such as products, customers, and suppliers.

Objective:
Prepare a presentation or a paper using research, basic comparative analysis, data organization and application of economic information. You will make an informed assessment of an economic climate outside of the United States to accomplish an entertainment industry objective.
2. INTRODUCTION TO ALGORITHM
• An algorithm is an effective method that can be
expressed within a finite amount of space and
time and a well defined formal language for
calculating a function.
• Starting from an initial stage and initial input, the
instructions describe a computation that when
executed, proceeds through a finite no. of well
defined successive states, eventually producing a
output and terminated at a final ending states.

• FASTA is
a DNA and protein sequ

package first described
(as FASTP) by David J.
Lipman and William R.
Pearson in 1985. Its
legacy is the FASTA

13. STANDARD BLAST
• blastn : comparing the nucleotide sequence against the nucleotide
sequence database.
• blastp : comparing the amino acid query against the protein sequence
database.
• blastx : comparing the nucleotide query sequence translated in all reading
frames against the protein database.
• tblastn: comparing the protein query sequence against the nucleotide
database translated in all reading frames.
• tbalstx : comparing six reading frames translation of the nucleotide query
against six frame translations of the nucleotide sequence database.
