• Marketing, is the analyzing, organizing, planning and
controlling of the firm’s customer impinging
resources, policies, and activities with a view to

group at a profit.
• These are made up of the marketing mix, the
selection of marketing tools (controls and media)
and the budged implications.

particularly famous works, are generally low-
