2. First Draft
This is my first draft for my poster.
I chose to keep the main characters
identity a secret to create mystery in
the film.
The poster in general is quite dull
and not exciting at all.
It has so date of when it is coming
out.
The billing box is too big and not in
a good font.
The title is boring and not eye
catching.
The strap line does not stand out
and just gets lost in all the other
writing on the poster.
3. Second Draft
This in a way was my second draft.
It should have been my final poster
but i did not have enough time to
finish it before i had to hand it in.
I really liked how i started this
poster because i thought it was a
much more interesting background
for the poster.
I feel the tile of the film stood out a
lot better in this poster than the first
one because the background is
much darker and creates a better
pathetic fallacy for the poster.
This poster is not fished yet, it was
just a starting point. i would have
gone on to put in the billing box and
all the other information i have on
the final poster.
4. Final Poster
This is my final finished poster.
Compared to the first poster that i
created this one is a lot darker than
the first draft. i thought this would
make the film appear more
dangerous because most gang
activity will happen at night when
they think they can get away with it
more.
the strap line stands out a lot more
in this one because there is less
other writing on the page so the
reader has a change to look at
whats on the poster in stead of just
scanning over ever thing. i have
also incorporated all the age
restrictions, the date it comes out,
and the sponsors and the
“swansgate” productions logo.
