1.How people learn discussion
• Was neat because I learned what was the most important factor in successful learning.
• Finding out about deep type processing is looking for meaning or relating to a experience.
• Learning about shallow processing you’ll have a harder time learning because you focus on
meaningless information.
2. Service learning
• I was able to experience new setting.
• I was able to over come some of my anxiety with dealing with people.
• I learned a lot about just being there with someone how that can help in so many ways.
3. The Scavenger Hunt
• Was awesome, I was able to learn about the different places at Grayson.
• Also, I was able to find resourced I never knew existed.
• I was able to understand where I needed to go to get the help I needed in different classes.

• Learned more about my Inner Critic and Inner Defender.
• I learned how to look at situations differently.
• Also I learned how to battle myself and take on a different look at life.

• I was able to break down my day into different Quadrants.
• I learned how I actually spend my time verse how I think I spend my time.
• I found out that a lot of my time goes to into Quadrant 2 and 4 meaning I spend it effectively.

• It was neat to know that anyone can keep learning.
• I liked that I learned how proper exercise helps you.
• It was also great to learn how not drinking enough water will effect the way you learn.
2. How to get the most out of Studying
• I learned that over confidence isn’t always a good thing.
• I learned that studying with breaks is more effective than power studying.
• I also learned that to fully understand our studying we need to constantly review it. Even if its for
small amounts of time.

• It was neat to learn the different studying methods.
• I found out that some of my current methods were correct.
• It was neat to find out that taking breaks every hour is very beneficial.
