2. POLISH CUISINE
Traditional Polish dishes - a real calorie bomb, but
which we are tempted. Polish cuisine is rich in meat
dishes prepared in many ways. We particularly
recommend dishes such as stew, pork chops,
dumplings and cabbage rolls. Poland is famous for
its excellent bread and delicious sausages.
3. POLISH CUISINE
The basic ingredients used in Polish cuisine include:
pickled cabbage, beets, cucumbers (cucumbers and
gherkins), sour cream, kohlrabi, mushrooms,
different types of sausages. Dishes owe their unique
taste appropriately selected spices such as
marjoram, dill, cumin, parsley and pepper. Among
the sweet reign cakes.
4. POLISH CUISINE
Polish cuisine as well as many dishes borrowed from
neighboring peoples, using a multiple rules Jewish
cuisine. Polish menu is constantly enriched with new
flavors, sometimes even exotic.
6. MAIN COURSE – „PIEROGI”
Boil the potatoes in salted water, mash thoroughly with a special Prague cottage
cheese to the potatoes (preferably do this, as potatoes are still slightly warm then rise
to smooth the mass and the easier it will be formed filling the fritters). Finely chop the
onion and brown in a frying pan. Mix with cottage cheese and potatoes. Season with
salt, pepper and paprika, the stuffing should not be bland. Dough: Pour into a bowl
the flour, salt, stick to the egg yolk, add the butter and rub ingredients. With one
hand, slowly pour hot water, and one cake mix to the ingredients thoroughly
combined. Knead a smooth dough and roll out fairly thinly on floured countertop.
Glass trim rings, put the stuffing, just stick together and throw parties at the boiling,
salted water.
8. STARTER – „BEETROOT SOUP”
Ingredients:
- 1 kilogram of beets
- 2 carrots
- 2 parsleys
- half a celery
- salt, pepper
- maggi (condiment)
- 1 slice of bread
- 5 parts of garlic
- 1 spoon of sugar
- condiments
9. STARTER – „BEETROOT SOUP”
First, you have to prepare special mixture
(borsch).So you have to wash the beets, peel and cut
it for fine plasters. After that put the beets in jar and
put there all parts of garlic in it. The flood it warm
water and put 1 slice of bread on it. After that, put
small dish towels. After few days from jar will be
sourish smell.
10. STARTER – „BEETROOT SOUP”
From vegetables cook mixture – vegetables flood 2 glass of water,
put there some condiments which are needed to cooking soups.
Cook it about half an hour – that mixture should be about one
glass. After that throw away vegetables and add for that acid of
beets (borch). All mixture season some condiments. It has to be so
strong taste - beets & pepper taste, so you should add for that
mixture a lot of pepper. After that cook borsch for few minutes.
Serve it on the beginning of supper with raviolis, mushrooms and a
little of cabbage. Have a nice soup!
12. POPULAR DESSERT –
„FRUIT PANCAKES”
Dough Ingredients:
- 250g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 60g of butter
- 100g of sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- 2 spoons of oil
- lemon peel
- a pinch of salt

Preparations:
1. Take milk and add the flour
2. Add salt
3. Mix everything and leave for an hour
4. add beated yolk, the lemon peel, melted butter and sugar
5. Mix all ingredients
6. Add beated white of an eggs
7. Mix smooth
8. Fry on the oily pan

- 0,36kg of cottage cheese
- 0,2kg of sour cream
- 0,35kg of strawberries, raspberries and berries
- 1 spoon of sugar
- whipped cream

1. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream
2. Add some milk if it's too thick
3. Spread cottage cheese with sour cream on pancakes
4. Put fruits on pancakes
5. Decorate with whipped cream
