Pumpkin soup (starter course)
Ingredients:
1,5 l water
400 g pumpkin(cut)
3 carrots(cut)
2 onions
Fresh parsley
2-3 gloves of garic
How to make pumpkin soup:
1 Put pumpkin, carrots and onions in a pot with 1,5l of
water and cook for 20-25 minutes.
2 When the vegetables are cooked, drain a little more
then half of the water from the pot in which the
cooked vegetables were left. Take the vegetables and
blend them.
3 Return to the stove, add salt and pepper. When it
boils, cook for another 2 minutes, than remove from the
stove. Add cutted fresh parsley and garlic, mix and set it
aside.
Lasagne (main course)
• Ingredients:
• Lasagne sheets
• Parmesan cheese
• Bolognese sauce
• Olive oil
• Bechamel sauce
1 Take one middle pan.
2 Pour bolognese sauce into pan.
3 Place 4 lasagne sheets over bolognese sauce.
4 Pour bolognese sauce over lasagne sheets.
5 Pour bechamel sauce over bolognese sauce and add
parmesan cheese on top.
6 Repeat these steps several times.
7 Pour the remaining bechamel sauce and cheese.
8 Cook lasagne in the oven for about 45 minutes.
Brownies (dessert)
• Ingredients:
• 1 butter
• 4 bars of dark chocolate
• 2 cups of sugar
• 1 cup of flour
• 1 spoon of vanilla
extract
• 1 pinch of salt
• 4 eggs
1 Melt the butter and chocolate in microwave and stir every 30
seconds so as not to overcook.
2 Add the sugar and the eggs.
3 Stir
4 Combine flour and salt. Add to mixture with vanilla extract. Stir
again.
5 Pour into pan. Bake at 250* for about 22 minutes.
6 Cool. Cut into squares.Remove from pan.
