  2. 2. For centuries the Polish kitchen has beeninfluencedby France and Italy but it also borrowed from more exotic tables: Tartar, Armenian, Lithuanian, Cossack, Hungarian and Jewish<br />Polishcuisinehesinfluenced and hasbeeninfluenced by thecuisines of thesurroundingcountriees. <br />

  9. 9. Gołąbki are made form of cabbagerolls. Theyarepreparedfromcabbageleaveswhich are wrapped in a parcel-like manner around minced meat, chopped onionsand rice. Theyare most often baked and refried in a spicy or sweet-and-sour tomatosouce.<br />
  10. 10. TraditionalPolishdesserts<br />Pączki (doughnuts) aredeep-friedpieces of doughshaped into a flattened sphere and filled with confitureor other sweet filling. Pączki are usually covered with powderedsugar, iciingor bits of dried orange zest.<br />
