 Our school is named after a great
Renaissance mathematician and astronomer –
Nicolaus Copernicus
 He is most famous for his idea of the universe that
placed the Sun and not the Earth at its centre

4. Every year on 6th of December we celebrate our
Patron’s Day
This year we could learn that Copernicus was a
great doctor. The title of the event was: „How to
get rid of a lazy-bones?”

- On Valentine’s Day we organised Blind Date

7. Week of maths!Week of maths!
In March, we had a whole week with maths in our
school. We discovered that maths is not so
difficult and can be fascinating.
Maths is just the queen of science.
