Stanley visited the town of Powassan, Ontario on a tour with his new friends. They showed Stanley sites around town including the Knowlton Ridge riding stable, Park with ball diamond and pool, arena and curling club. Stanley also stopped at the medical center, grocery store, drug stores, hardware store and other shops. Stanley met the family dogs and saw farms surrounding the community before enjoying a tour of the Clarke House Museum, firehall, and library.

2. Stanley arrived in the mail to our house in Powassan on June 4th.

3. We enjoyed sitting in the sun together.

4. We took Stanley on a tour of our town.

5. Knowlton Ridge is a beautiful riding stable in the town. Stanley got to see the horses.

6. We took Stanley to the Park which has a ball diamond, playground area and outdoor pool.

8. We have an arena and curling club. Our minor hockey teams are called the hawks and our junior team are the dragons.

12. Stanley could look down the main street from the park

13. In case Stanley felt sick we showed him the medical centre. It has doctors, a dentist, and all the other people to help us stay healthy.

27. Just like Bracebridge, Powassan has many animals too. In Powassan you can see bunnies, bears, birds, wild turkeys, deer, moose, cats and many other things. Stanley was able to meet our two dogs, Bo and Belle.
