  beef, winter vegetables (cabbage in the
  dish bigos) and spices.

  soups – rosół, barszcz, żurek, krupnik,
  kapuśniak, zupa pomidorowa (zupa
  means soup in Polish), zupa ogórkowa,
  zupa grzybowa, flaczki (tripe soup) and
  many more.
