Industrial automation for roto moulding plant usingMehul Joshie
Automation systems have been used in almost all
industries of food, automotive, textile, machinery manufacturing,
agriculture and etc. In this research paper, we are presenting a
process loop which can be used in roto moulding process. That has
made the process automatic. Because human interruptions can lead
to wastage of material, lower quality and increase chances of
accidents. PLC based programming can be useful for making process
in a sequence and time base.

pH Control in Effluent Treatment Plant using PLCijtsrd
In this paper, A few automated processes for a partial automation which can be mostly used in residential areas and industries. It is developed using PLC. It has explained the process of ETP in industries. The process include different parameters like flow, level, pH, DC motor, solenoid valves, pump are controlled by using PLC (Allen Bradley Micrologix 820) and simulated by using software CCW (Connected Component Workbench) . As we know that effluents emitted by industries contains harmful chemicals which could lead to effect on environment and society. So by retreating these effluents could be a blessing in disguise. This process cant be going through using manual process so here we need some automotive tools for that. That is why we make use of PLC (programmable logic controller). Low-cost and portable automatic sheet cutterIJECEIAES
Process automation is crucial to increase productivity, more efficient use of materials, better product quality, improved safety, etc. In small-medium enterprise (SME) businesses related to household retailing, one of the process automation needed is the measurement and cutting of the mat or sheet, made of rubber or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) materials. Most of the household retailers that selling the sheet, the process of measuring and cutting according to the customer’s requirements are manually performed using a measuring tape and scissors. These manual processes can cause inaccuracy in length, inefficient use of material, low productivity and reduce product quality. This paper presents a low cost and portable automatic sheet cutter using the Arduino development board, which is used to control the process of measuring and cutting the materials. The system uses a push-button where the user can set the required length and quantity of the sheet. Once the required information is set, the stepper motor rolls the sheet until the required length is satisfied. Subsequently, another stepper motor moves the cutter horizontally and cut the sheet. With the automatic sheet cutter, the material is cut with acceptable precision. The design of the automatic sheet cutter is low cost and portable which significantly suitable to be used by SME household retailers.

PLC based Segregation of Scrap MaterialIJERA Editor
This paper describe segregation of scrap materials using automation system. With the growing population rate, the amount of waste being produced is also increasing at a very faster rate. It is also posing a very serious problem at the industrial and domestic level to manage the wastes being dumped everywhere as landfill waste. So, it is very crucial to have some system to manage waste automatically which is currently not there. Prime Minister Modi’s mission of Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan can also be successfully implemented by the proposed system. The paper proposes a novel method where the provision is given to separate out metal and nonmetal waste into respective bins by the sensing of different sensors incorporated along the conveyor belt. Pieces of glass, paper, wood and metallic materials are separated out from proposed work. Using the segregation, most of the metal and nonmetal components like paper, glass, plastic increases the economic value of the waste to its best. For every scrap separation system, a higher level of automation demands more and more accurate programming device. So, we are using programmable logic controller (PLC) as main component

Harnessing WebAssembly for Real-time Stateless Streaming PipelinesChristina Lin
Traditionally, dealing with real-time data pipelines has involved significant overhead, even for straightforward tasks like data transformation or masking. However, in this talk, we’ll venture into the dynamic realm of WebAssembly (WASM) and discover how it can revolutionize the creation of stateless streaming pipelines within a Kafka (Redpanda) broker. These pipelines are adept at managing low-latency, high-data-volume scenarios.

Abstract:
This paper proposes a system to differentiate between human-generated and AI-generated texts using stylometric analysis. The system analyzes text files and classifies writing styles by employing various clustering algorithms, such as k-means, k-means++, hierarchical, and DBSCAN. The effectiveness of these algorithms is measured using silhouette scores. The system successfully identifies distinct writing styles within documents, demonstrating its potential for plagiarism detection.
Introduction:
Stylometry, the study of linguistic and structural features in texts, is used for tasks like plagiarism detection, genre separation, and author verification. This paper leverages stylometric analysis to identify different writing styles and improve plagiarism detection methods.
Methodology:
The system includes data collection, preprocessing, feature extraction, dimensional reduction, machine learning models for clustering, and performance comparison using silhouette scores. Feature extraction focuses on lexical features, vocabulary richness, and readability scores. The study uses a small dataset of texts from various authors and employs algorithms like k-means, k-means++, hierarchical clustering, and DBSCAN for clustering.
Results:
Experiments show that the system effectively identifies writing styles, with silhouette scores indicating reasonable to strong clustering when k=2. As the number of clusters increases, the silhouette scores decrease, indicating a drop in accuracy. K-means and k-means++ perform similarly, while hierarchical clustering is less optimized.
Conclusion and Future Work:
The system works well for distinguishing writing styles with two clusters but becomes less accurate as the number of clusters increases. Future research could focus on adding more parameters and optimizing the methodology to improve accuracy with higher cluster values. This system can enhance existing plagiarism detection tools, especially in academic settings.

• The simulation of the automation process was
carried out using the Siemens Simatic together
with the Step 7 Visuo.
• Functional block diagram was used as
programming language.
Industrial Automation has acquired importance
owing to the ever-increasing demand for more
productivity, and optimum utilization of available
resources and manpower. Due to the increasing
usage of plastics such as PET, its recycling has
become very vital to help reduce waste and protect
the scarce resources used in producing new raw
materials.
The Process consist of three stages,
each having several interrelated processes.
• The design makes use of PLC which is used to
monitor the conditions of the whole process as
well as control the switching of devices.
• The project provides a more efficient, and
productive way of implementing a PET
recycling plant with less human intervention,
less power consumption and easy
troubleshooting.
• The design is very flexible, more functionalities
can be added, and there can be easy alteration of
a process by making changes in the
programming codes.
