This document describes the plant-mediated synthesis of gold nanoparticles using an aqueous extract of litchi seeds and characterization of their antimicrobial activity. Key findings include:
- Color change from light yellow to purple observed during synthesis indicated nanoparticle formation.
- UV-Vis spectroscopy showed absorption peak at 528 nm confirming nanoparticle synthesis.
- TEM analysis showed particles were spherical in shape with sizes ranging from 5-23 nm.
- FTIR analysis identified presence of functional groups such as alcohol and carbonyl carbon.
- Synthesized nanoparticles showed inhibition against Streptococcus with highest activity at 100-200 mg/ml concentrations.

Invitro Assessment of Antibacterial and Antioxidant Property of Biofabricated...ijtsrd
Biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles is an eye catching area of a modern research field. It is simple, single step, non toxic and eco friendly method. In the present investigation, the aqueous extract of Bauhinia tomentosa is used to synthesise silver nanoparticles and it was confirmed by UV Visible spectrometer. Due to surface Plasmon resonance, the peak obtained at 440.0 nm. The functional group present at the surface of the silver nanoparticles was confirmed by FT IR analysis. Further, the synthesized silver nanoparticles were subjected to antibacterial activity by Well diffusion method and also antioxidant activity performed by hydrogen peroxide scavenging assay. As concentration of silver nanoparticles increases the bactericidal activity is raised and also the antioxidant activity is increased. Thus it reveals that due to presence of various bioactive compounds present in the plant extract acting as reducing agent to reduce the size of silver ions into silver nanoparticles. Therefore, the biosynthesized nanoparticles is utilized for various biomedical applications. Mohanapriya. Curcumin extract nanoparticles: preparation, characterization and antimicrobi...Innspub Net
In recent years, synthesized zinc oxide nanoparticles have been increasingly investigated for different medicinal uses. In the present study, we aimed at the biosynthesis of zinc oxide using a curcumin extract. Although, toxic effects of curcumin derivative and zinc oxide nanoparticles in different concentration have been studied specifically on animal models besides the antibacterial activity of synthesized curcumin extract and zinc oxide nanoparticles. The aim of the study was to synthesize extract combined zinc oxide nanoparticles. Methods: The synthesized nanoparticles and extract were characterized for the particle size distribution, morphology, optical properties and surface charge by using UVvisible spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering (DLS), (TEM) and (SEM). Elemental composition and structural properties were studied by energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD). Results: The synthesized nanoparticles and curcumin were irregular shape and had a size distribution in the range of 50–100 nm. The in vitro toxicity effects of zinc oxide and extract showed no toxic effect with different concentration with antibacterial effect.
Microwave Assist Green Synthesis of Silver Nano Particles Using Rhynchostylis...Dr. Amarjeet Singh
A novel green approach for the synthesis and
stabilization of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using water
extract of Rhynchostylisretusa(L.) Blume leaf has been
developed. As obtained, the nanoparticles are characterized by
UV-visible (UV-Vis), FTIR, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SEM
analysis. The crystalline nature of the AgNPs is confirmed by
the prominent peaks in the XRD pattern. FTIR spectra suggest
that the possible biomolecules are responsible for the efficient
stabilization of the sample. The prepared nanoparticle shows
good antioxidant activity.
In the present work, green synthesis of copper oxide nanoparticles has wide interest due to its inherent features such as eco-friendly and low costs. Here we propose a cost effective and eco-friendly green synthesis of copper oxide nanoparticles using aloe barbadensis and copper acetate. Aloe barbadensis has antioxidant property that helps in the formation of nanoparticles. Aloe barbadensis extract was obtained by heating it in distilled water and mixed to copper acetate to form copper oxide nanoparticles. The synthesised nanoparticles were analysed using UV-Visible spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction studies (XRD) and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).

Final project report on grocery store management system..pdfKamal Acharya
In today’s fast-changing business environment, it’s extremely important to be able to respond to client needs in the most effective and timely manner. If your customers wish to see your business online and have instant access to your products or services.
Online Grocery Store is an e-commerce website, which retails various grocery products. This project allows viewing various products available enables registered users to purchase desired products instantly using Paytm, UPI payment processor (Instant Pay) and also can place order by using Cash on Delivery (Pay Later) option. This project provides an easy access to Administrators and Managers to view orders placed using Pay Later and Instant Pay options.
In order to develop an e-commerce website, a number of Technologies must be studied and understood. These include multi-tiered architecture, server and client-side scripting techniques, implementation technologies, programming language (such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and MySQL relational databases. This is a project with the objective to develop a basic website where a consumer is provided with a shopping cart website and also to know about the technologies used to develop such a website.
This document will discuss each of the underlying technologies to create and implement an e- commerce website.
Sachpazis:Terzaghi Bearing Capacity Estimation in simple terms with Calculati...Dr.Costas Sachpazis
Terzaghi's soil bearing capacity theory, developed by Karl Terzaghi, is a fundamental principle in geotechnical engineering used to determine the bearing capacity of shallow foundations. This theory provides a method to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of soil, which is the maximum load per unit area that the soil can support without undergoing shear failure. The Calculation HTML Code included.
Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
