My Pitch.
EMILY YOUNG
What will my magazine be like?
 The mode of address of my Indie-Rock magazine is formal and the images
used will create a calm tone.
 The house style of my music magazine will consist of red, white and black
colours only in the cover lines and in all of the fonts. These colours were
chosen as they all contrast against each other.
 The magazine will consist of only Indie-Rock artists as I want all content to
be relevant to the genre.
Target Audience
Target Audience
 This shows I have identified what my target audience would like to see in an Indie-Rock
music magazine.
 These results is how I am going to chose what to include in my music magazine so that I
know that it will be appealing to my target audience.
 I also interviewed two members of my target audience to find out what they like about
existing Indie-Rock music magazines.
 This is to ensure my target audience will be attracted to my magazine.
Content of my magazine
The content of my magazine will be articles of new and existing Indie-Rock
artists.
Female artists will be used to attract the 58% of my target audience who
would prefer to see a female artist on the cover. But I will also include images
of male artists to appeal to the other 42% of my target audience. This will
ensure all of my target audience will be attracted to my magazine which will
make it a success.

Target Audience  This shows I have identified what my target audience would like to see in an Indie-Rock music magazine.  These results is how I am going to chose what to include in my music magazine so that I know that it will be appealing to my target audience.  I also interviewed two members of my target audience to find out what they like about existing Indie-Rock music magazines.  This is to ensure my target audience will be attracted to my magazine.
  • 5. Content of my magazine The content of my magazine will be articles of new and existing Indie-Rock artists. Female artists will be used to attract the 58% of my target audience who would prefer to see a female artist on the cover. But I will also include images of male artists to appeal to the other 42% of my target audience. This will ensure all of my target audience will be attracted to my magazine which will make it a success.
