Overview of a Queensland study which set out to ascertain the prevalence of HIV amongst MSM attending gay saunas and other recreational venues; determine the level of undiagnosed HIV infection within a community setting; and to identify sexual risk behaviour associated with HIV positive and negative serostatus.
