Peterlantz Dantes has over 15 years of experience in administrative and hospitality roles. He is currently the Director of Rooms at the Renaissance Boca Raton, where he has improved guest satisfaction scores, achieved brand standard audit green status for cleanliness, exceeded revenue targets, and decreased room turnaround times. Previously, he held front office management positions at several Marriott properties in Florida, where he oversaw operations and led teams to improve customer service scores and revenue metrics. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Dubuque.
In this symposium, Professor Makoto Ikeda will introduce the theory of CLIL in connection to practices of CLIL in Japan and Europe. This will be followed by demonstrations and examples of actual practice of CLIL at Center for Language Education and Research. We present our interpretations of teaching
content and language in an integrated way, taking into consideration the goals of the learners in each context. We celebrate our diversity at CLER where 22 different languages are taught.
My long-term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service provided. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I realized that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of such business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company.
