European Union (EU). This decision was met with both excitement and hostility.
This conflict has many shades of grey, as so many different things happened all at
once that need to be discussed. People from all over the world wonder about the
future of the UK, whether more countries will attempt to follow in its footsteps and
leave the European Union, or if the EU will remain strong and continue to exist as the
source that unifies Europe.
There are two main sides to this conflict. The first side is made up of the people
who voted to leave the European Union, while the other is of the people who voted
to stay. The people who voted to leave believe that the European Union is far too
powerful, and that because of this, the United Kingdom has lost much of its voice,
having little influence as an individual nation. They see a dying EU, struggling to
retain power by forcing other nations to follow the guidelines it sets. The side that

Imaginative
Imaginative can be defined as artistic, dreamy, and poetic (WikiHow, 2008). Anyone
being imaginative can enjoy life at all events. Innovation involves developing the
imaginative mindset. It involves clearing the mind of preconceptions, value
judgments and expectations (Halls, 2006). In order for an employee to be
imaginative, he or she must be inquisitive, ask questions and learn something new
ever minute. It is good to be a good listener as well putting themselves in different
situations narrated by different people. Being imaginative can increase the ability to
fulfill any goal or desires by using affirmation techniques. There are no boundaries to
imagination, only a limit to the amount of experiences that feed it. In order to be
imaginative, people have to position themselves to be imaginative. Be daring, be
different, be impractical, be anything that will assert integrity of purpose and
imaginative vision against the play it safers, the creatures of the commonplace, the
slaves of the ordinary (Beaton, 2008).
Inspirational
Inspirational is being inspired to do something. In the workplace, management
problems disappear when employees are truly inspired and motivated to do their best,

poetry, as composed by poets A.E. Housman and T.S. Eliot, are vastly different.
Eliot s view of metaphysical poetry is a very positive and respectful one. He admires
the uniqueness of the metaphysical poets when he describes them as reflective poets
as opposed to merely intellectual ones. Eliot says they have the ability to feel their
