Chapter No.1 Self- Management
Problem Skill Applied Outcome
It was very difficult for me
to manage the team which
is out of station, I usually
visit at my site twice in
month,
It was pathetic to guide
them for the same
problems what they were
creating again and again.
When I explain the new
initiatives for making the
work flow ease, they
resist for change and do
the work as they want to
do.
While doing my work I
usually prefer to make
perfection in the work,
whereas on some areas it
was not required. and by
virtue of which I delayed
in the work and that thing
creates negative impact
on my overall
performance.
I have created WhatsApp
group and added all the
stake holders in it and
assigned one Person to do
continues follow ups on
group and email.
Social Behavior, people
skills
Critical Thinking,
Emotional Intelligence,
Reputation Management,
leader ship.
Focused on effectiveness
rather than being efficient
on situation base scenario.
Team work has been
increased. And task
accomplish as per
requirement.
Personally, met with all
the members and told
them that they are the
only one to whom we
can depend. that thing
increased sincerity of
work,
Out Come is in pending
waiting for Results.
The work stress has been
slightly reduced.

comments too.
Self-Assessment Overcome the mistakes,
Change in Attitude
Started to understand what
others wants from me.
Reduced Negligence.
From school kid who
blame their poor
grades on their
teachers to employee
who blame their poor
performance on the
bosses.
Proactive, Self-Reflection Confidence Building,
Become Analyst.
Learn from Mistakes.
Do not repeat same
mistakes again.
Taken Responsibility of the
things assigned to me,
I was missing
something compared
to the people I
considered the best?
Such as owner of the
company, where I
work.
Life Aspiration Increased Confidence, Self
Esteem,
Become Daring,
Realize the fact that what I
have is more than enough
for me.
Chapter No.3 Time Management
Problem Skill Applied Outcome

 lack of sleep.

 Lack of punctuality.
Time management
Keep Buffer time for
every thing
Little bit impact on sleep.
Measure impact is on
Punctuality while being
late on every day it has
been reduced very much
and now the things are
getting done on time.
Difficult to manage the
work load and
completion of task on
time.
Taken digital clock on
table, and do work with
count down timer.
Despite of completing the
work in 9 hours I have
safe 1 hour and complete
work on 6 pm rather than
7pm
No vision and targets,
doesn’t have a plan for
the life time.
Planning for self-targets.
Created vision
Started to write down
where I am and what I
am doing to achieve my
Goals.
Have vision, and come to
know that what I have to
do and when to complete
the things with planning
and dead line.

Headaches. Prioritization,
And learn to say no when
needed.
Avoid Stressor
Work Load and stress has
been reduced
Anxiety, and
personality disorders.
Increased check n
balance on the decisions.
Alter Stressor
Increase in confidence
Attachment with the
work is increased
Negative Thoughts and
Feelings while sharing
information with
someone. by keeping in
view that some is going
to replace me.
Self Esteem,
Avoid Stressor,
No Expectation,
Reduce Procrastination.
Started openness and
share new ideas and
formats on day by day
without thinking about
anyone.
Chapter No.5 Synergy
Problem Skill Applied Outcome
In Real life I don’t have
any issue related to
synergy because since
start I do prefer work
together and help each
other to accomplish the
goals.
Learned to say no when
needed
In conflicts I would
rather say that your
opinion is worthful and
please add this thing in it
or we can do this thing in
another way easily,
It saves time and
stress,
Problems get solved
without even in my
notice.

Even when people are being genuine, they
are not able to complete the job Motivation, Own the mistakes of
subordinates
Trust Developed and they make their
efforts to make the things done
Can’t rely on someone to make the work
done
Made a chain for Communication and
follow ups.
Increased capabilities
Despite of continuous
communication there are some
chance of error done by the
subordinates
Delegation, reminders, auto follow ups etc.
Positive attitude
At the day end all the picture is cleared that
where we are and what will be the
timelines to finish the work.

Laziness Self-Discipline Little bit overcome on it,
but need to work more
Lack of Self Confidence. Time Management By starting the things
before time, it become
easy to analyze and grip
on work.
No Relaxation. Timed a break
Gossip with colleague
while doing work
Play music.
Become easy to
smoothen the work flow.
Low Concentration. Arrange to do work with
stop watch.
Concentration increases
and the task become
challenge or a game play.

Always try to be in Q2
so that the work
become completed on

  • 2. Chapter No.1 Self- Management Problem Skill Applied Outcome It was very difficult for me to manage the team which is out of station, I usually visit at my site twice in month, It was pathetic to guide them for the same problems what they were creating again and again. When I explain the new initiatives for making the work flow ease, they resist for change and do the work as they want to do. While doing my work I usually prefer to make perfection in the work, whereas on some areas it was not required. and by virtue of which I delayed in the work and that thing creates negative impact on my overall performance. I have created WhatsApp group and added all the stake holders in it and assigned one Person to do continues follow ups on group and email. Social Behavior, people skills Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Reputation Management, leader ship. Focused on effectiveness rather than being efficient on situation base scenario. Team work has been increased. And task accomplish as per requirement. Personally, met with all the members and told them that they are the only one to whom we can depend. that thing increased sincerity of work, Out Come is in pending waiting for Results. The work stress has been slightly reduced.
  • 3. Chapter No.2 Self-Assessment Problem Skill Applied Outcome Negative feedback from others. Taken Negatively, and give them negative comments too. Self-Assessment Overcome the mistakes, Change in Attitude Started to understand what others wants from me. Reduced Negligence. From school kid who blame their poor grades on their teachers to employee who blame their poor performance on the bosses. Proactive, Self-Reflection Confidence Building, Become Analyst. Learn from Mistakes. Do not repeat same mistakes again. Taken Responsibility of the things assigned to me, I was missing something compared to the people I considered the best? Such as owner of the company, where I work. Life Aspiration Increased Confidence, Self Esteem, Become Daring, Realize the fact that what I have is more than enough for me.
  • 4. Chapter No.3 Time Management Problem Skill Applied Outcome   lack of sleep.   Lack of punctuality. Time management Keep Buffer time for every thing Little bit impact on sleep. Measure impact is on Punctuality while being late on every day it has been reduced very much and now the things are getting done on time. Difficult to manage the work load and completion of task on time. Taken digital clock on table, and do work with count down timer. Despite of completing the work in 9 hours I have safe 1 hour and complete work on 6 pm rather than 7pm No vision and targets, doesn’t have a plan for the life time. Planning for self-targets. Created vision Started to write down where I am and what I am doing to achieve my Goals. Have vision, and come to know that what I have to do and when to complete the things with planning and dead line.
  • 5. Chapter No.4 Stress Management Problem Skill Applied Outcome Headaches. Prioritization, And learn to say no when needed. Avoid Stressor Work Load and stress has been reduced Anxiety, and personality disorders. Increased check n balance on the decisions. Alter Stressor Increase in confidence Attachment with the work is increased Negative Thoughts and Feelings while sharing information with someone. by keeping in view that some is going to replace me. Self Esteem, Avoid Stressor, No Expectation, Reduce Procrastination. Started openness and share new ideas and formats on day by day without thinking about anyone.

Chapter No.5 Synergy Problem Skill Applied Outcome In Real life I don’t have any issue related to synergy because since start I do prefer work together and help each other to accomplish the goals. Learned to say no when needed In conflicts I would rather say that your opinion is worthful and please add this thing in it or we can do this thing in another way easily, It saves time and stress, Problems get solved without even in my notice. No conflicts

Problem Skill Applied Outcome Even when people are being genuine, they are not able to complete the job Motivation, Own the mistakes of subordinates Trust Developed and they make their efforts to make the things done Can’t rely on someone to make the work done Made a chain for Communication and follow ups. Increased capabilities Despite of continuous communication there are some chance of error done by the subordinates Delegation, reminders, auto follow ups etc. Positive attitude At the day end all the picture is cleared that where we are and what will be the timelines to finish the work. Chapter No.6 Trust
  • 8. Chapter No. 7 Self Discipline Problem Skill Applied Outcome Laziness Self-Discipline Little bit overcome on it, but need to work more Lack of Self Confidence. Time Management By starting the things before time, it become easy to analyze and grip on work. No Relaxation. Timed a break Gossip with colleague while doing work Play music. Become easy to smoothen the work flow. Low Concentration. Arrange to do work with stop watch. Concentration increases and the task become challenge or a game play.
  • 9. Chapter No. 8 Procrastination Problem Skill Applied Outcome Anxiety. Prioritization Fear becomes reduce because the things are prioritized. Delays in task completion. Time Management Quadrant Tool. Always try to be in Q2 so that the work become completed on time Task completion after deadline. Stopped doing multiple things on the same time Focus increased, Work completes before deadline
  • 10. Chapter No. 9 Listening Skills. Problem Skill Applied Outcome In Effective decision. Listening skills After listening carefully decision making become rear. Mistakes in work Understanding, and non- judgmental listening Mistakes reduces Lack of Prioritization Listening with focus Work prioritization gets accuracy and task completion on time.
  • 11. Chapter No. 10 Motivation and Peak Performance. Problem Skill Applied Outcome Average Performance. Self-Motivation, and revamp over all working strategy Performance has been increased as not hearing from my manager any negative comments. Not even think about self- motivation. Started to make myself proud for the positive things what I have did. Happiness in the begging of the day with smiley face Negative attitude due to favoritism. Accept the change and trying to be a leader Instead of waiting for someone to come and make me motivated I am motivating my subordinate and feel good.
