Chapter No.1 Self- Management
Problem Skill Applied Outcome
It was very difficult for me
to manage the team which
is out of station, I usually
visit at my site twice in
month,
It was pathetic to guide
them for the same
problems what they were
creating again and again.
When I explain the new
initiatives for making the
work flow ease, they
resist for change and do
the work as they want to
do.
While doing my work I
usually prefer to make
perfection in the work,
whereas on some areas it
was not required. and by
virtue of which I delayed
in the work and that thing
creates negative impact
on my overall
performance.
I have created WhatsApp
group and added all the
stake holders in it and
assigned one Person to do
continues follow ups on
group and email.
Social Behavior, people
skills
Critical Thinking,
Emotional Intelligence,
Reputation Management,
leader ship.
Focused on effectiveness
rather than being efficient
on situation base scenario.
Team work has been
increased. And task
accomplish as per
requirement.
Personally, met with all
the members and told
them that they are the
only one to whom we
can depend. that thing
increased sincerity of
work,
Out Come is in pending
waiting for Results.
The work stress has been
slightly reduced.

 lack of sleep.

 Lack of punctuality.
Time management
Keep Buffer time for
every thing
Little bit impact on sleep.
Measure impact is on
Punctuality while being
late on every day it has
been reduced very much
and now the things are
getting done on time.
Difficult to manage the
work load and
completion of task on
time.
Taken digital clock on
table, and do work with
count down timer.
Despite of completing the
work in 9 hours I have
safe 1 hour and complete
work on 6 pm rather than
7pm
No vision and targets,
doesn’t have a plan for
the life time.
Planning for self-targets.
Created vision
Started to write down
where I am and what I
am doing to achieve my
Goals.
Have vision, and come to
know that what I have to
do and when to complete
the things with planning
and dead line.

any issue related to

start I do prefer work

please add this thing in it
or we can do this thing in
another way easily,
It saves time and
stress,
