SKILL: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
 This is what I consider the most important skill for a professional.
 It allows you to be able to build bridges and develop good
relationships within work.
 Highly valuable in the job market.
ACHIEVEMENT: SMALL PROJECT AT
WORK
 I proposed a small project to improve operations in my division at work.
 I came-up with 7 ideas and presented to my manager.
 She picked-up three of them and we will start to work on them.
 I get this idea after study problem solving skills and analytical thinking.
ANOTHER SKILL: COMMUNICATION
 Started to practice this at work with teammates and supervisors.
 Noticed big changes just by choosing the right words in a timely
manner.
 This skill is related with emotional intelligence.
 Clear communication is other very highly valued skill in the job market.
WHAT IS NEXT FOR ME?
 I have chosen some skills I want to develop from now and on.
 I have also detected the ones that I manage better.
 I will practice them everyday in order to master them and I will use
them as a transferable skills when the time comes.
 With this, I will try to get my entry level position in the field.
ADDITIONAL STRATEGY
 I will use my communication skills and empathy to work on my
network, this can help me to get into the field too.
 Also emotional intelligence.
 This virtual internship program has served me to improve some skills I
had and to realized what are the ones that I need really to focus more
from now and on in order to get an entry level position in the field as a
Business Analyst.

  • 2. ABOUT ME  Virtual Internship Program  Developed by Career-Integrated Learning  Position  Team member at Whole Foods  Program  Business Analysis and Process Management
  • 3. SKILL: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE  This is what I consider the most important skill for a professional.  It allows you to be able to build bridges and develop good relationships within work.  Highly valuable in the job market.
  • 4. ACHIEVEMENT: SMALL PROJECT AT WORK  I proposed a small project to improve operations in my division at work.  I came-up with 7 ideas and presented to my manager.  She picked-up three of them and we will start to work on them.  I get this idea after study problem solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • 5. ANOTHER SKILL: COMMUNICATION  Started to practice this at work with teammates and supervisors.  Noticed big changes just by choosing the right words in a timely manner.  This skill is related with emotional intelligence.  Clear communication is other very highly valued skill in the job market.
  • 6. WHAT IS NEXT FOR ME?  I have chosen some skills I want to develop from now and on.  I have also detected the ones that I manage better.  I will practice them everyday in order to master them and I will use them as a transferable skills when the time comes.  With this, I will try to get my entry level position in the field.
  • 7. ADDITIONAL STRATEGY  I will use my communication skills and empathy to work on my network, this can help me to get into the field too.  Also emotional intelligence.
  • 8.  This virtual internship program has served me to improve some skills I had and to realized what are the ones that I need really to focus more from now and on in order to get an entry level position in the field as a Business Analyst.
