The standard that I hold currently myself to , is very close to what my short term improvement goals
have always been. That standard is finding any way to maximize my knowledge of the industries I am
headed towards. Industries such as Streaming, Digital Music Distribution, Recording, and Scouting. I’ve
had small but meaningful involvement in each , but they play a big part in how I’ve shaped myself as a
Producer & Musician.
My short term career goal is to become more recognized by polished
individuals in said industries, who have been successful within their
craft. Ie; Grammy Winning Producers, Record Labels, and
Representatives.
LONG TERM CAREER
GOAL
My long term career goal is to master every craft needed to be fluent in the
industry of music. That includes, audio engineering, production, marketing,
videography, and publishing & distribution. My goal is to not marginalize
myself into a small batch of skillsets, but rather be a jack of all trades in this
ever-changing industry. Cost efficiency is key in becoming consistently
successful with your work. Cutting out some of those costs is a huge step,
and doesn’t necessarily mean I’d be doing it myself. In Lehmans terms, my
long term career goal would also be having a solidified team that can take on
each of these crafts with ease.

AND UPCOMING MUSICIANS. WITH IT’S DYNAMIC PLATFORM, IT’D BE A VERY CONVENT FOR ME TO PROMOTE MY BRAND AT AN EVENT I AM ALSO ENJOYING
AS A SPECTATOR.
