NEED FOR THE PROJECT
 In our school, many students have a hard time
      understanding some of our lessons in
    Mathematics, especially now because our
lessons just gets complicated every Quarter. To
     lessen the number of students failing, I
   thought, I can tutor some of the students or
                some of my friends.
Goal
My personal goal is to at least teach or tutor a
group of students so they would understand
 the lessons more and improve their grades.
PROJECT/ACTIVITY
                    What?
   what I did is easy on my part because I
understood most of the lessons in math, I just
  had to teach them some of my techniques.
                    Why?
I want to share my knowledge and lessen the
          number of failing students.
Step-by-step planning
•First, I thought of a subject to teach and
analyze what particular lessons did my group
have a hard time understanding.
•Then, I planned when to do my project and
informed them.
•I taught them during free times so no time can
be wasted and we will all be productive.
results
   For now, I think they understood more the
     lessons and the real results would be
  determined after the longtest week is over.
For me, the result of this activity is the fulfilling
 feeling of being able to help others and serve
         them. It made me more happy.

Peer tutoring

  • 1. Peer tutoring Keith Rianne A. Casis St. Andrew’s School TAG Quarter finals
  • 2. NEED FOR THE PROJECT In our school, many students have a hard time understanding some of our lessons in Mathematics, especially now because our lessons just gets complicated every Quarter. To lessen the number of students failing, I thought, I can tutor some of the students or some of my friends.
  • 3. Goal My personal goal is to at least teach or tutor a group of students so they would understand the lessons more and improve their grades.
  • 4. PROJECT/ACTIVITY What? what I did is easy on my part because I understood most of the lessons in math, I just had to teach them some of my techniques. Why? I want to share my knowledge and lessen the number of failing students.
  • 5. Step-by-step planning •First, I thought of a subject to teach and analyze what particular lessons did my group have a hard time understanding. •Then, I planned when to do my project and informed them. •I taught them during free times so no time can be wasted and we will all be productive.
  • 6. results For now, I think they understood more the lessons and the real results would be determined after the longtest week is over. For me, the result of this activity is the fulfilling feeling of being able to help others and serve them. It made me more happy.
