    Our PDHPE program teaches students that physical
    activity like Games and Sports can lead to a better
    lifestyle. There are 7 extra strands that are
    interrelated with games and sports that reinforce
    the concept of a healthy lifestyle

   Interpersonal Relationships
   Personal Health Choices
   Safe Living
