PDHPE (Personal Development Health and Physical Education) is one of the six key learning areas in the NSW primary curriculum, aiming to develop students' knowledge, understanding, skills, values and attitudes needed for healthy, active lifestyles. PDHPE teaches skills like communicating, decision making, interacting, moving, and problem solving, while also supporting students' development across social, mental, physical, and spiritual health and promoting physical activity and informed decision making.
