4. What PDHPE teaches students?
 It teaches students active life style and physical
activity.
 Safe living- road safety, personal safety, safety at
home and at schools.
 Personal health choices-decision making, drug
education, nutrition and health services and
preventive measures.
 Growth and development- make students aware
of identity, body growth and human sexuality.
 Interpersonal relations- communication ,
relationships with family and friends.
