PDHPE teaches students about personal development, health, and physical education. It is one of the six key learning areas in the NSW primary school curriculum. The goal is to equip students with lifelong skills and knowledge to make healthy choices, live safely, and have an active lifestyle. Students develop skills in communication, decision making, problem solving, interaction, and movement through exploring topics relevant to their development.
