 Key Responsibilities: Purchase of Packaging Material i.e (Guala cap,Ropp
cap,Label,Monocarton,Glass & pet Bottle, Outercarton , Adheshive, Tape etc. & RAW material
procurement i.e ENA,MMS,VMS,HBS,CARAMEL,FOOD FLAVOR as well as Commercial related
assignments.
 Detail of assignments:
 To develop necessary processes together with PM, Finance etc.
 To develop, review and get approved the purchasing and vendor approval &
evaluation procedures.
 To lead the purchase objective action plans, Cost reduction targets, develop low cost
alternatives with the co-ordination with operations.
 Monitoring Indents (Purchase Requisitions) in the system.
 Arranging of packing material & Liquid material for brand like Antiquity Blue, Royal Challenge,
Signature, Signature premier ,Director Special, Director Special-Black, Gold Riband whiskey,
Celebration Rum for four State and CSD based on lifting plan received from RPCE-MMD
 Daily IMFL dispatch program to the various transporter as per SOB and follow-up for vehicle
placement.
 Regular follow up with the vender for timely receipt of the material
 Booking of Material in SAP with proper approved LOI
 To ensure entry of all good receipt in inward Gate register with SAP doc. Reference
 Reconciliation of scrap sale and its proper weighment and recording in gate register.
 Arrangement of Market bottle and its max utilization to achieve the target of market bottle
saving received from MMD
 MIS reports like Critical stock statement, Market bottle saving report, delivered rate statement,
sprit landed cost Daily production and dispatch report send to RPC as per schedule.
 Monthly stock tacking.
 Making Purchase Orders and other documents in SAP as per standard.
 Monitoring Issue and Receipt of Road Permit as per requirement.
 Ensuring Timely Delivery of the Materials as per the schedule and Coordination with the User
Department to confirm the requirement & quality.
 Searching and identifying the Alternate Vendors / New Vendors for every material to achieve
cost effectiveness and timely supplies.
 Coordinating with accounts dept. to process invoices in system, making advance and against
delivery payments to vendors / suppliers, Cheques collection and distribution.
 Monitoring Issue of C Forms as per requirement and keeping record for the same.
 Maintaining of Various Records, Generating MIS to update and interact with higher management
of company.
 Review the operational practices and identify the areas of obstruction / quality failures and
advise from management / user, and process changes for qualitative improvement.
 Enhance the procurement function as measured by reduced cost, improved delivery, and the
