Responsible for the following aspects of the supply chain: planning, strategic sourcing, purchasing,
domestic and EXIM logistics, warehousing, packing operation. Also involved in identifying and
implementing initiatives to reduce the overall supply chain cost base.
In addition to supply chain I am also responsible for End-to-End order fulfillment process which
includes production process follow-ups and their performance reviews. Setting up priorities for the
SCM team, cross functional communication and escalation handling, development of new standard
processes (SOPs), ERP implementation, resource planning and team management.

Recorded all time high ILA (RM PM inventory level accuracy) at 90% for RMPM – Helped to reduced
materials inventory subsequently & stock out situations, NPI reduction to “ZERO” except initiative
remnants if any. 10+ Power of You (PoY) award & appreciations, Achieve first time 8 score in
SERPAT audit, Initiate & executed new staking standard in WH to optimize the capacity, SAP system
