SCOPE OF WORK :- STORE ACTIVITY:-
• Arrange purchase indent from concern departments and make purchase
order against the same.
• All incoming material are being checked by me personally and put into store
only after ascertaining the documents and enter in GIR book.
• All out going items are checked by me before onwards dispatches to the
consignee.
• Maintains the stock terms and Keep Supporting Vouchers for Payment.
• Monthly reports maintain and reporting to HO stock closing, HSD, Fuel
Consumption.
• Checking all the bills as per purchase order and forwarding to a/c
department for payments.
• Disposal / Sale all scrap material.
• Maintain Minimum / Maximum Stock.
• Maintain Gate pass for Job work / Repair.
• Maintain returnable / non – Returnable Materials.
• Reporting to Executive Director on the day to day activities of the
Department.
• Dispatched Arrangement of packed goods for export/domestic.

3. • Maintains finished goods stock register on daily basis.
• Export Clearance/Export documents to be prepared.
• Maintains Export Register on daily basis.
• Import Clearance form ICD/ACC BLR & CHENNAI CUSTOMS.
• Import Documents to be hand over to CHA.
• Transport Arrangement for Export & Domestic.
• Packaging of Goods for Export & DTA sales.
• Preparation of Job - Work Challan / Annexure to maintain proper A/C.
• Preparation Monthly Stock Statements /From Other Department also.
• Preparing of monthly Revenue Figures.
• Making GIN / GOR & Stock Entries Manually as well as Computer.
• Making Invoices of Sales Both Local as well as Export Computerized.
• Maintain E-Sugam for job work DTA sales & Import for Check Post.
• Maintain Factory Petty Cash Book.

Eg. Invoice, packing list etc.
CO-ORDINATION WITH CHA: To Co-Ordinate with CHA for Getting Consignment
Cleared from the Port and Provide Necessary Documents and Follow – up.
