This document summarizes four pathology slides showing different types of cell injury and necrosis: 1) A slide showing inflammatory cells in alveoli, diagnosed as acute pneumonia; 2) A slide showing caseation necrosis, chronic inflammation and giant cells, diagnosed as early tuberculosis; 3) A slide showing infarcted kidney tissue without nuclei, diagnosed as kidney infarction; 4) A slide showing normal and infarcted myocardial tissue, diagnosed as myocardial infarction.

chronic inflammatory cells.
2- Giant cells (Langhans cell).
Diagnosis :
Early Tuberculous (TB).
