This document discusses the habits and behaviors of passionate leaders in education. Passionate leaders always seek to improve their teaching skills, engage in cooperative learning, and discuss education with colleagues. They treat teaching as a cooperative activity and discuss it wherever learning occurs, including in corridors. To be effective, leaders must have both competence and passion. Passionate leaders articulate a vision of better opportunities, share the school's values across the community, set clear and achievable goals, care about students, teachers and parents, and celebrate both learning and achievement.
