• Education in its general sense is a form of
learning in which the knowledge, skill, and habits
of a group of people are transferred from one

• The learning attitude & quantity of

into a literate person, while

of service and character of new rescuers.
2. There must be gathering of cadets on monthly basis and
selected dynamic cadets can address to the course during
assembly.
3. Renowned and successful rescue official Presenter should
be invited to address the cadets and share their
