 Collaboration among teachers, among students, and between
students and teachers is very important
 By promoting collaboration, we prepare themselves to grow up
become open-minded person who can work in society and
tackle any task given, either individual or group work

3. I BELIEVE INTHE POWER OF ROLE MODEL
 I will lead by example. Actions worth thousand words.
 When I want my students to respect each other, for example, I
will show my respect to them before asking.

4. I BELIEVE INTHE POWER OF AUTONOMY
 In my class, every student has a voice.Their opinion matters
 I am committed to a democratic education, in which the
students are given chance to take decision regarding their
learning process.
 I promote independency in the class while giving them guidance

5. I BELIEVETHAT LEARNING IS
A LIFELONG PROCESS
 World keeps changing; requires us to catch up with the change
 As my students learn from my experience, I can learn from theirs
