Palladium Mall is Mumbai's first luxury retail and entertainment destination located in Lower Parel. It has over 92 stores spread across 4 floors, housing luxury brands like Burberry, Gucci, Hugo Boss, and Paul Smith. Premium brands like Zara, Mango, and Steve Madden are also present. Palladium was conceptualized in 2003 and opened in 2008, featuring cafes, restaurants, a comedy venue, and spas. The ground floor focuses on high-end international brands while some Indian brands appear on upper floors, with lighting and decor tailored to each store.

19. What we interpret from ground floor:
• The ground floor consist of mainly most
PREMIUM brands.
• It consist of Brands like
Armani, Gucci, Zara, Diesel, Hugo
Boss, Burberry, etc.
• The ground floor doesn‘t have any Indian
Brand & these Brands are all internationally
acclaimed Brands.

39. • As we were moving up from the ground floor to the
last floor, what we observed that the Brands started
getting less premium (*Still we can’t afford ;) ).
• Some Indian brands can be seen on 2nd & 3rd Floor.
• Lighting & Flooring were different in different
shops and ambience were maintained according to
it.
• Mood Lighting along with yellow lighting can be
commonly seen in many of the shops.

40. Some Question that are running in our
mind...
• What is the Rent system of shops on ground
floor, 1st , 2nd , & 3rd floor.
• Footfall was comparably less as compared to other
mall which is situated there.
