on time routine. Since I first started college, I have had serious problems with
falling asleep at nights. I often stay awake playing video games, cramming school

I was started to become more aware of the things I do that prevents me from
sleeping period. I started giving up the social media, playing video games, and
cramming work all in one night. With this being don t I had plenty of time on my
hands to take care of more important things and on top of that have the time to sleep

Stimulus Control Stimulus control was very effective on my behavior. The
presences my roommate was there at all times making sure I was up or making
sure I was sleep at the set time that was given. Also, another thing he did was made
sure I competed all of my work on time before I went to bed every night. The
Premack principle was only employed was input throughout this long process by

Application
At first, just trying to find a time for me to go to sleep was a real pain to figure.

I have people in my family that have many negative perceptions about the asian
culture. For example, I have a family member that refuses to eat Chinese food out of
fear of eating dog meat. This is very irrational, and I do not have perceptions like
these. In my own culture, we eat mostly with our without hands. I have had a
server bring me a washcloth to wash my hands before I start eating to prevent
bacterial contamination. I still noticed the integrity within this culture and my
