This document discusses plans for Outbound Preparation Seminars (OPS) for Exchange Participants (EPs) in AIESEC. It suggests holding OPS to better prepare EPs for cultural differences abroad, help match them to internships, and introduce them to AIESEC culture. Sample agenda outlines are provided for half, full and multi-day OPS. Logistics, activities and tips for facilitators are discussed to ensure EPs are well informed and supported before their exchanges.

Preparing Proposals: Communicating Your Arts Practice VerballyArtLinks
The value of words and articulating what you do and how you do it cannot be
underestimated and is something many artists struggle with. A good statement in
defining the public understanding of your work is invaluable to your practice as is
the ability to clearly identify what you want to say about your work, and how you
want to say it. The presentation of this visually is also key.
The main focus of this practical workshop is to help the artist communicate the core essence of what
they do to a variety of publics - peers, galleries, interested individuals and
potential clients.
This workshop will be a step by step 'how-to' guide in the use of
language and the presentation of the core concepts of your work in a written,
spoken and visual format. It is intended that participants will come away with the
tools to be able to speak and write, clearly and professionally about their work, in
a variety of formats - proposals, artist s statement and C.V.
From Issues to Impact: Meeting of the New Jersey Bonner NetworkBonner Foundation
These slides are part of a presentation for the New Jersey Bonner Network's September 2016 gathering of Bonner Scholars, Bonner Leaders, and AmeriCorps members. Together, they will explore how to build cross-campus and multi-city collaboration that might strengthen the impact of civic engagement on issues like college access, literacy, adult education, and food insecurity. Presented by Bonner Foundation staff Bobby Hackett, Ariane Hoy, Kristi Cordier, and Elvis Diaz.

Dialogue program, 14th to 16th May 2014Clt-Services
The Human Sound Project helps businesses and organisations team-build through music making. Their offer was not well understood and they wanted to shift perceptions from being a social impact project to a credible business service.
We've Pivoted from a basic website content strategy and design brief to a full-service design strategy with Experience Journey, website and service gaps and opportunities as the project outcome.

Editor's Notes
This is also part of our overall national OGX focuses
These are just example questions Eps might ask.
Pros: get to go into details about information- this chart being very important, but also simulate the experience since many EPs have never been abroad. Idea that YOU CANNOT FULLY UNDERSTAND UNLESS YOU’VE EXPERIENCED so that when someone happens, they’ll be like “challenge accepted.”Cons: logistical nightmare and time consuming, plus EPs need to expect that it takes longer.
Pros: still get a balance between information and simulation, and give EPs a holistic view of AIESEC, internships, the world, etc. Cons: might begin to get a bit lecture-style b/c less time, also could be a logistical nightmare.
EP mixer could be combined with dinner to give more time to activities
Pros: EPs won’t start drifting off and chasing after butterflies (haha) and can still get a holistic understanding of AIESEC. Cons: because you would be in a rush to get all of your information across, you will begin to give more broad info (less time for specifics) and begin to lecture to get info out in the time given.
This is what the VPOGXs at the summit wanted – general activities of each sessions
This is what the VPOGXs at the summit wanted – general FACI tips. It’s impossible to give more details in 1 hour, so make sure they know to lookout for education

Mostly for VPs to think about- to begin planning (This is based on the assumption that OPS will happen in first 3 weeks of April.
