• Osteopathy is a type of alternative medicine, also
called pseudomedicine, that emphasizes massage and other
physical manipulation of muscle tissue and bones.
• People practicing osteopathy are referred to as osteopathic
practitioners.

• Osteoporosis is a disease where increased bone weakness
increases the risk of a broken bone.
• It is the most common reason for a broken bone among the
elderly.

frequently divided into 5 grades, with 0-2 defined as normal,
and 3-4 defined as diseased.
