Organogram

4. A diagram that shows the structure of an organization and
the relationship between the different people, departments,
and jobs at different level within that organization.
After the restructuring, employees were encouraged to look at
the new organogram to see where their job fitted in to
the overall structure.
What is Organogram?

command within an organization. They can be tailored
to meet the needs of the organization, and may contain

responsibility for the staff.

Bangladesh, but now-a-days changes has been proved and success
story is now a business strategy. The ultimate goal of any business
depends not only production but also some major technical tactics.
The changes of a organogram depends on some factors, as like as
company & production sizes, Compliance, Green environment,
Importance of products etc.
