Marketing section function
Peoples fashion ltd basically does direct marketing and some time they are doing
online marketing .they got their product order by different way like references
and order from other garments factory they are always active in online media.
Human Resource function
Peoples fashion ltd properly uses their human resource .Their HR manager always active
to their worker and they give their worker proper work environment and they provide
them different kind of bonus.
Outside suppliers
They collect their raw martials from foreign country such as India, colmbia and
other country . They took order from other country after they prepare they
product they supply it to their customer .

Peoples fashion company have physical transformation .They collect fabric baton and other
accessories. They totally change that and make fabric a shirt.
Locational transformation:
Peoples fashion company doing locational transformation .They collect fabric one place
and they cutting those another place finally they make their product another place. So they
are doing locational change.
Exchange:
Peoples fashion company have also exchange transformation .they exchange their final
product with money
Informational transformation:
Peoples fashion company’s production manager are communicate with their worker and
give them instruction ho to work and prepare their product.
