Los ejercicios con cargas externas han sido utilizados por un gran número de entrenadores e investigadores con el objetivo de poder mejorar el rendimiento en la aceleración, el sprint o la agilidad. Estos métodos son aquellas formas de entrenamiento en las que se imita la técnica específica del sprint o acción deportiva, añadiendo una sobrecarga al deportista que puede mejorar la habilidad del atleta para generar una mayor fuerza horizontal, vertical, o ambas, dependiendo de la dirección, la aplicación, el dispositivo y la carga impuesta sobre el ejercicio [1]. No obstante, en cualquiera de las variantes que se utilice, es necesario mantener una adecuada correspondencia mecánica con la estructura del gesto deportivo, sin producir variaciones significativas respecto de la técnica implicada. La resistencia impuesta al atleta va a ser diferente dependiendo del método de entrenamiento resistido o asistido, en consecuencia cada método o implemento tiene diferentes efectos sobre la velocidad del atleta así como en la mecánica del sprint [2]. También se hace necesario monitorizar la sobrecarga aplicada, en el sentido de poder valorar certeramente hasta qué punto puede ser beneficiosa y no perjudicial en relación a los objetivos del rendimiento condicional, por esta razón se sugiere una perdida máxima del 10% de la velocidad pico [3] o una sobrecarga del 10% del peso corporal [4]. A continuación se mostraran los resultados de trabajos realizados con diversos medios.

Konkurencijos taryba yra turbūt vienintelė valstybinė institucija Lietuvoje, skaičiuojanti savo veiklos naudą visuomenei. 2013-2015 m. Konkurencijos tarybos sukurta tiesioginė nauda vartotojams – 15 mln. eurų. Tai reiškia, kad kiekvienas į KT investuotas euras atsipirko beveik 9 kartus.

Τα αίτια της παραβατικότητας των ανηλίκων, τις μορφές βίας που χρησιμοποιούν τα παιδιά δράστες και την μεταχείριση τους από το ποινικό σύστημα ανέλυσε την Πέμπτη 29 Οκτωβρίου στο Κέντρο για το Παιδί/ Κέντρο Αλληλεγγύης Αθήνας η Εύα Κογιαννάκη νομικός και προϊσταμένη Υπηρεσίας Επιμελητών Ανηλίκων του Δικαστηρίου Ανηλίκων Αθήνας. Την ανοιχτή συζήτηση «Το φαινόμενο της παραβατικότητας των ανηλίκων» που διοργάνωσε το Δίκτυο για τα Δικαιώματα του Παιδιού παρακολούθησαν γονείς και εκπρόσωποι φορέων που ασχολούνται με τα δικαιώματα του παιδιού καθώς η παραβατικότητα απασχολεί ιδιαίτερα τόσο την επιστημονική κοινότητα όσο και το ευρύτερο κοινωνικό σύνολο. Ιδιαίτερα τα τελευταία χρόνια παρατηρείται διεθνώς, αλλά και στον ελλαδικό χώρο, μια ποσοτική και κυρίως ποιοτική αλλαγή στα αδικήματα που διαπράττονται. Αυτό απαιτεί μεγαλύτερο διάλογο με την κοινωνία και μέτρα πρόληψης, προκειμένου να σωθούν οι ζωές νέων παιδιών. Σκοπός της έρευνας ήταν να διερευνηθούν οι βασικές πτυχές της παιδικής ηλικίας στη σύγχρονη Αθήνα κάτω από τις νέες συνθήκες κρίσης, όπως διαμορφώνονται τα τελευταία χρόνια. Οι συνθήκες κρίσης επηρεάζουν σημαντικά με άμεσο και έμμεσο τρόπο τα παιδιά. Αυτό αποκτά ιδιαίτερη σημασία όταν το περιβάλλον τους πλήττεται από έκτακτες συνθήκες που διαταράσσουν την καθημερινή κανονικότητα, όπως είναι η φτώχεια, ο κοινωνικός αποκλεισμός, το καθεστώς πρόσφυγα, η άτακτη φοίτηση ή η πρώιμη απομάκρυνση από το σχολείο, κλπ. Οι συνθήκες έχουν το τελευταίο χρονικό διάστημα επιδεινωθεί από τις τρέχουσες μεταβολές στην εργασία, την ασφάλεια, το κοινωνικό κράτος. Η έρευνα αντλεί τα στοιχεία για γενικότερες θεωρητικές, κοινωνικές και πολιτισμικές προσεγγίσεις, καταγράφοντας τις υφιστάμενες συνθήκες αναφορικά με τα παιδιά και τον τρόπο που τα ίδια βιώνουν τις συνθήκες αυτές. Η έρευνα βασίστηκε στη μεθοδολογία του Kid's Rights Index του Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam σύμφωνα με την οποία οι χώρες κατατάσσονται ανάλογα με το βαθμό προάσπισης των Δικαιωμάτων των Παιδιών όπως αυτά ορίζονται από τη Διεθνή Σύμβαση για τα Δικαιώματα του Παιδιού και επικεντρώνεται σε ζητήματα Εκπαίδευσης, Διατροφής-Υγείας, Πολιτισμού-Ελεύθερου Χρόνου, Δικαιώματα του Παιδιού.
