As a seasoned, mature and competent Project Superintendent, I am accustomed to taking charge and “owning” my
project from the initial permitting, to the issuance of certificate of Occupancy.

Project Superintendent / Coordinator responsible for preparing quotes / submittals pursuant to RS Means
standards / allowances, for IDIQ / Negotiated contracts, as well as plan, schedule, direct and supervise all
subcontractors on the multi-phased Demolition, Abatement, Site Grade work, and 02 Bulk Oxygen System
removal, and replacement of new reinforced foundations, Vessel Pads, two 02 Bulk Oxygen Vessels, new
system supply lines, alarm wiring, and recertification’s.
Monitored / Documented all daily activities, materials ordered & used, manpower, and progress using
Microsoft Office software.

I persued and accepted the position of Field Manager / Safety Coordinator, and QA as assistant
Superintendent. My daily responsibilities included working closely with management, Architects, and
Engineers to monitor and document daily progress, quality, and safety standards compliance.
I sketched and submitted miscellaneous details to the Architect for approval / redesign highlighting problem
areas, Identified discrepancies / conflicts, prepared and submitted RFI’s, and distributed ASI’s & ASD to
subcontractors, and vendors for pricing, using Prolog, and other company intranet software.

I elected to return to school during the stagnant economy to augment / upgrade and pursue Associates in
Civil Engineering, & Business Management with a major in Structural Engineering later. I earned a 4.0 GPA

leaving school over 30 years earlier.

of the former Project Superintendent, primarily to remediate, reschedule and push for the completion of the
New North & South Towers additions project.
My primary responsibilities included rescheduling materials deliveries, subcontractor participation & adequate
manpower.
I lead weekly progress meetings which included facility managers / client’s representatives, owners, and
subcontractors, as well as documenting and forwarding all daily activities using SureTrak, Microsoft, Citrix,
and Primavera Software.

 Maintained relationships with and was the primary contact for the Engineers and Architect.
 Oversaw and scheduled all HEPA Air handling / purifying / scrubbing equipment & installation, quality testing /
certifications and reporting requirements.
 Coordinated all subcontractors and participation.
 Obtained all permits and licenses and managed jobsite mobilization.
 Facilitated all pre-project meetings and mobilization with subcontractors, engineer, architect, and VA
Management.
 Planned, developed, and updated all project scheduling as necessary.
 Implemented and insured total compliance of quality control plan for project.
 Expedited material deliveries in accordance with and per project schedule.
 Reviewed projections, labor reports, safety documents, and schedules as needed.
 Reviewed and approved equipment/material/subcontractor invoices insuring compliance with project budget.
 Maintained project management records via appropriate software (RFI’s, status reports, projections, change
orders).
 Ensured proper job close-out records and procedures were maintained and followed (closeout documents, final
job report and sigh-off).
 Managed all aspects of construction project including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical.
 Utilized Prolog, Primavera, SureTrak, Citrix and other construction software regularly.
