This document summarizes a D73 online training session about strategies for building membership. Carole McCulloch from Wangaratta TM shared how their six-session Speechcraft program for an Air Force squadron increased membership, participation at meetings, and networking with other clubs. The session provided strategies and examples for building membership through community outreach and engagement.
