This document describes an educational application called ADHYYAN. The application aims to reduce the gap between students and teachers by providing an online platform for classes, study materials, exams and student records management. It allows students to access live and recorded video lectures, study materials and take mock tests. The key objectives are to reduce manual work and efficiently manage student, teacher and payment details. The application is intended to make the educational process more convenient and flexible for both students and institutions.

In the fast-changing world, information technology and
information management are going to play an important

helps the educational institute to maintain daily activities.

When the requirement of this system is bought forth
team, they were willing to know that how the institutes
are working. Then the study is done, and it gives the
result that presently daily records in an institution is
maintain by the staff manually i.e., using book and
ledgers. Some other disadvantages are inconsistency
in data entry, higher cost, prone to damage and being
misplaced. The students must have to visit the centres
for their classes and the timings are not flexible for all
the students.

The purpose of this project is to automate the existing
manual system by the help of computerized
equipment and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling
their requirements, so that their valuable
data/information can be stored for a longer period with

management system. The students can attend their
classes at any time and no need to go out anywhere,
they just need computer and a good internet
connection.

In a nutshell, it can be summarized that the future
scope of the project circles around maintaining
information regarding:
• We can give more advance software including more
facilities.
• Integrate multiple load balancers to distribute the
loads of the system.
• Create the master and slave database structure to
reduce the overload of the database queries.
• Implement the backup mechanism for taking
backup of codebase and database on regular basis
on different servers.
The above-mentioned points are the enhancements
which can be done to increase the applicability and
usage of this project.
