When I took AP Psychology last year, I learned that positive reinforcement will
reinforce someone s behavior by making them associate the behavior with a
positive stimulus. In my experience, rushing through things usually causes me to
have a faster time, but a lower score. In a study published February of 1990, it was
stated that teachers systematic use of certain categories of verbal statements, such
as praise and reprimands, can have a positive impact on student behavior,
achievement, or both. This seems to indicate that positive reinforcement and
encouragement may have an effect on the achievement of students. However I was
unable to find a study comparing the accuracy and speed of participants in a study,
and so I will have to make a few assumptions of my own based on previous

In the filmed 12 Angry Men all the jurors had to make a decision on whether or not
the young boy will be guilty or not guilty. In the textbook Group Dynamics by
Donelson R. Forsyth, chapter 11 is about decision making. The author states that a
functional theory of group decision making suggest that groups engage in a
sequence of activities and operations as they move from uncertainty to decisional
conviction and that each step in the series serves some purpose (p.359). The jurors
all went around the room after they voted to state why each of them decided that
vote. They were all discussing facts about the murder trial, making each other learn
more about it and looking at specific details and evidence to be able to all make the
right decision. The jurors have an orientation, discussion, decision stage to be able to
deliberate the case. An orientation stage is when decisions begin with a problem that
needs a solution (Forsyth, p.360). In this case was the young boy was being accused
of murdering his father, the jurors had to come up with a deliberationof it. The
discussion stage is to expand the information given, gathering the facts, and apprise
all possible solutions before making the best decision (Forsyth, p.361). All the
jurors made sure they were saying important details that happened in the scene
before they all made the final decision. The decision stage is where they combined
individual s input in a single group decision (Forsyth, p.365). Towards the end, all
the jurors combined and agree that the boy was not guilty and deliberated the case.

Abraham Lincoln once stated in his House Divided speech, A house divided against
itself cannot stand. Lincoln believes that there is no such thing as a balance between
free and slave states and that the two contradictory governments are bound to fall.
That describes the conflict that occurs in the fictional novel, The Killer Angels, a
civil war story between the Union and Confederate states fighting to achieve the
government they yearn for.
The setting takes place in the midst of the Battle of Gettysburg as the two sides
prepare for the fight. The Confederate officers include: General Robert E. Lee,
General James Longstreet, General George Pickett, General John F. Reynolds, and
several others. The Union officers have: Colonel Joshua Chamberlain, Colonel
William Gamble, Lieutenant John Buford, and many others. The main views that are
looked at are Lee, Longstreet, Chamberlain, and Buford. The main conflict that
started the civil war is the issue of slavery. In The Killer Angels, it happened in the
most important battle of the civil war, which was the Battle of Gettysburg and talked

The American Dream is defined as the opportunity for every U.S. citizen to achieve
success through hard work, determination, and initiative. Derek Jeter s Turn 2
Foundation was created to help children grow safely and successfully into adulthood
and become the leaders of our next generation. The Turn 2 Foundation promotes the
American Dream to kids and students because the foundation teaches kids to work
hard to achieving their dreams while laying the groundwork to a healthy lifestyle so
kids can succeed and achieve their dreams the right way. The leaders of the
Foundation achieve this by hosting and holding various events that heavily touch up
Work hard and never make excuses. (Izaguirre 2). The road to achieving the
American Dream is difficult and long one and Derek Jeter s Turn 2 Foundation
promotes all the ideas necessary to doing it.
The Jeter s Leaders program was designed to promote key principles of the Turn 2
Foundation and achieve their goals. Some of the Turn 2 Foundation s principles
include, morality, being trustworthy, and leading by example which is preached to
the Jeter s Leaders throughout their journey. The goals that have been developed
through the Jeter s leaders include the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, succeeding
academically, and giving the leaders experiences that will help them develop into
adults and professional leaders when they go into college and onwards. This is
where the American Dream plays in because the American Dream is defined as the

snuffed out by abusive partners and by the nascent racism of America. In the poem
Graveyard Blues, she describes the atmosphere of the graveyard as blues y and

1.Introduction
This work is a contribution to the security of e payments system: the efforts to make
them able to continue to fulfill their mission even in adverse environments or
conditions despite attacks failures or accidents and hence confidence earning.
Globally, the use of non cash payments is increasingly being adopted. The global
volume of non cash payments has continued to grow, even quickly in developing
countries, and payments have proved resilient to the effects of the financial crisis.

In this approach, the merchant receives all the private information of client, forwards
it to the PP and the PP connects to the issuer bank.
b.Online client authentication: Where the PP checks the client information, which is
received from merchants, by means of an online authentication mechanism (PIN,
password, certificates, etc.). To achieve this, the PP establishes an authentication
channel with the client.
3.Authorization response: Where the PP sends the response (successful or
unsuccessful depending on issuer decision) of the authentication process to the
merchants. If it is successful, the response is sent to the acquirer, in order to conclude
