❖ It is essential for your business to collect payments when they are overdue.
❖ Odoo will help you identify payments that are late and will allow you to send the appropriate
reminders.
❖ Normally almost all the customers will pay at the right time. Still, there are customers who
keep delaying or due payment. In such cases, we have to follow them up.
❖ Go to Accounting > Customers > Follow up reports and see the customer with due and the
follow-up details.

3. ❖ First of all goto Accounting > Configuration > Follow-up levels.

4. ❖ This list all Follow-up levels.

5. ❖ Schedule the follow-up.

6. ❖ Select one or more Action to be performed.

7. ❖ Add the action if Manual Action is selected.

8. ❖ Configure Auto Execute and Join open Invoices under Options.

9. ❖ Customise message and mail content under Message tab.

10. ❖ Then goto Customers > Invoices > Create.

11. ❖ Confirm after setting past due date.

12. ❖ Goto Customers > Follow-up Reports.

13. ❖ Follow-up which needs action is created.

14. ❖ Perform needed action using the buttons.

15. ❖ Process Follow-ups for more than one record using Action button.
