Normal delivery involves the natural process of a baby passing through the birth canal. Reproduction is a natural process that allows organisms to produce offspring through the fertilization of male and female gametes in the womb. A human pregnancy involves stages as the zygote grows into a fetus inside the uterus until birth. A planned pregnancy allows for monitoring of the mother's health and delivery of guidelines for vitamins, diet, and lifestyle. Normal vaginal delivery occurs when the cervix dilates and the baby passes head first through the vagina, with the shoulders and body following, over 12-16 hours of labor monitored by an obstetrician.

women experience any symptoms or absence

gynaecologist confirms about the pregnancy,
every women should follow necessary
guidelines as advised by the doctor. A
pregnant women is under observation for 9
months where all her vital signs are monitored
periodically with instructions for intake of
vitamins, iron supplements, healthy diet and
maintain a healthy lifestyle. After a definite
healthy regime, a women is prepared for
delivery.
Delivery is natural and spontaneous if a
woman is not diseased, has normal uterine
contractions during labour with a healthy,
normal vertex presentation of baby in uterus.

4. Normal Vaginal Delivery is when the birth of
child happens through a natural passage
called vagina. With onset of labour pains,
cervix of the uterus dilates up to 4 inches with
discharge of amniotic fluid which lasts from 12
to 16 hours. Next stage is up to 40 minutes of
labour pains, where baby pushes its way,
head first through the cervix of uterus. The
baby is swiftly rotated for shoulders to pass
and lastly the abdomen and legs come out
