Start-up Engineer:  Assign and operate Demineralization plant such as; DE chlorinator bed, cat ion; anion & Mixed bed Polisher, Nitrogen PSA Unit and Others.  Assign in commissioning of chemical/anti-foam injection pumps, such as reciprocating pumps, centrifugal pumps, rotary pumps, for solvent regenerator and high pressure absorber.  Conduct gross air leak test, tightness test per system for the whole demethaniser system, flare system, solvent regenerator system, acid gas compressor system &booster compressor system.  Coordinates with instrumentation/control room personnel for the following instrument such as level transmitter, pressure transmitter, valves etc. during the commissioning of the system.  Knowledge in operation of demineralization plant such as sand filter, de chlorinator, cat ion exchanger, an ion exchanger, mix bed polisher.  Conduct pumping out of oxygen inside the pipe by means of nitrogen pressurization and vent it to atmosphere until we get the required oxygen level of the system.  Knowledge in operation of demethanizer; Absorber; solvent regenerator and splitter section and turbo expander equipment, refrigerant
